Attention: Before purchasing, please check your original piston pin to ensure that it is also 14mm and that your original piston also a flat piston. And the side of cylinder have EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) holes, the side of connecting cylinder head would be have one more vacuum hole. The cylinder is for models that use SLS (Secondary air system), and the piston is flat type piston, NOT domed type piston. Maybe fits other Suzuki 125cc AC 4 stroke models: GS125, RV125 Van Van, TU125, DR125. Just make sure your motor engine use a flat piston and cylinder with SLS.

This is the best aftermarket top end kit I've purchased. It installed like it was supposed to and more importantly, the bike runs like new. I did have to fine tune my carb settings, but after that....the bike runs and idles perfect! Very happy with the parts. This kit is only for the later model Z50s that have the flat top pistons....it will not work in the old 50s that used the old domed pistons.

I saw a YouTube video about this product after I bought it. In the YouTube video, the wrist pin was too large and would not work with a Piston. The kit I got all works. The piston is not very good quality. But for the price it’s worth it just to get it for the cylinder.

put it on a stock xr50 and it was good compression. bike is running and idling good now. have about 10 hours on it and no smoke.

Excellent quality piston kit. Everything needed for a smooth rebuild was included. Fits perfectly and my bike runs with great compression now.
The charging system is working properly again and the voltage stays steady while riding. Everything fit as expected, and the included seal was a nice bonus.
It completely changed the look of the front end. The gloss finish looks clean, the fit is good, and the honeycomb design gives the car a much sportier appearance.
It needed a little adjustment at first, but once everything was set, the bike started easily and ran smoothly. The throttle response feels much better now. Happy with how it turned out.
