For orders to countries other than the U.S., please contact us in advance to confirm shipping costs, delivery times, and any applicable customs duties or taxes.

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

1.Processing time: Your package will ship out within 1-2 business days.

2.Shipping time:
Mainland U.S.: 4–6 business days
Remote U.S. regions (e.g., Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico): 5–7 business days for delivery.
Please note: cancellation can only be made before the package shipped out. If the package is already in transit, the order can not be canceled.
