Don’t order from them. I ordered the RS style grille and blacked out fog light covers, and I am missing multiple components of my grille (Audi logo, logo mounting piece, “quattro” emblem. Camera mounting brackets, etc.) and the pictured fog light covers were shipped chrome instead of black, so I painted them myself. The support team at Assosary have not been responding to anything anymore regarding sending me the missing components, and instead of offering to send me a new fog light cover that is proper, they suggested keeping them or selling private party.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
Unused & Original Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items: The following products cannot be returned for any reason:
Special-order/custom-made products
Painted or modified parts
Service manuals (unless sealed & unopened)
2. How to Request a Return
Step 1: Contact Us

Provide your order number and reason for return.
Our team will respond within 2 business day with return instructions.
Step 2: Package & Ship Your Return
Securely repack the item in its original packaging.
Include the order number on the shipping label.

3. Refund Process
Approved Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
A 30% restocking fee applies, except for damaged/wrong items (full refund).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Costs:
Return shipping fees are the customer‘s responsibility.
4. Order Cancellations
Before Shipment: You may cancel your order by emailing Support@assosary.com.
After Shipment: Orders already in transit cannot be canceled (must follow the return process).
