This kit is designed to fit Yamaha YZ85 and will also fit Yamaha YZ80 models.
Kit includes cylinder, piston, rings, pin, o-ring, bearing, clips & base gasket kit (you get exactly what is pictured).
Cast piston has super-high silicone content for additional strength.
Piston skirts are Molybdenium Teflon coated to minimize resistance/wear and provide extended life.
Piston dome is anodized for superior heat resistance and longer lifespan.
The gaskets use performance materials to increase durability and provide greater reliability.
Kit is for standard bore size - 47.50 mm.
8.2:1 Compression ratio.
All of the components within this kit are bolt-on ready for a hassle free installation.

It fixed 2 problems--AC going off and on (breen light too). Ac was always pulling outside air in--now I can switch to recirculation. My husband had no trouble with the install even tho he is disabled.

Removing the OEM seals were harder than I expected. However, installing these new ones were WAY easier than I expected! The new clips lined up perfectly, even though I didn't hear all of the clicks. They are firmly in place and look great.
