I am very disappointed and frustrated with this situation.
According to the tracking information, the shipment label was created on June 4 in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, and as of today there has been no movement or update showing that the package has actually been picked up or shipped. It has been sitting in the same status since June 4.
I specifically needed this grille expedited, and I have now been waiting far longer than expected without any meaningful tracking updates or a delivery estimate.
At this point, I need answers, not another request to be patient. Please provide:
The current location of my package.
Confirmation that the package has actually been handed over to the carrier.
The carrier name and tracking details.
An estimated delivery date.
An explanation for why there has been no movement since June 4.
If the package has not actually shipped, please be honest and let me know immediately.

I wish I could give none, but this system doesn't allow it. I put the part to my car and it worked equal that the bad one I had. Nothing work at all. The funny thing is, if I requested refund the part cannot be used. I guess someone expected me to buy the box near the wheel to see if the functions work. This is a scam. I wonder who sent all those "good reviews" because the part I received was a piece of junk. Now I need to remove all the parts and wires once a new part arrives. This is a scam. Be aware.
Been two weeks since it says it’s been shipped. No one will pick up the phone. I guess I’ll order another grill from somewhere else and return this one when or if it shows up.
