Good customer service, fix the problem soon

I ordered a grille back in April and it is now June. They did respond once to my email and just told me it is on the way. This is ridiculous. Would not buy again!
Ordered my product on 5/16/2026 & as of June 9, 2026, I have not received my product or an estimated delivery date. Only a shipping label has been created & the delivery date for that shipping label has expired, 5/28/2026. I have emailed their customer support & I received one email stating I should receive my product by June 8, 2026. I emailed their customer support again & have not received an update on when my product will arrive. I am very disappointed & dissatisfied with their lack of communication & delivery of my product. I would like the company to reach out to me & give me a deadline date for delivery of my order.
Its decent quality but the shipping took forever and was totally unacceptable
