The valve arrived with a minor scuff on the connector. I emailed a photo and they offered a partial refund the same day. Fair and prompt solution to a small issue.

Exceptional build quality is evident. The internal diaphragm is durable and the spring tension is calibrated correctly. It delivers smooth and stable operation under all conditions.

The valve's response time is instantaneous. Noticeable improvement in my 2.0TDI's acceleration and fuel efficiency.

Responsive customer service answered all technical queries. My diesel's performance improved significantly. Package was securely wrapped.
